Receptionnist: Thank you for calling Dr. Reid's office, Miss Williams speaking, how may I help you?
John: Yes, good morning. I would like to make an appointment to see the doctor please.
Receptionnist : Ok, Dr. Reid is in office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. When would you like to see him?
John: Wednesday at 3 o'clock .
Receptionnist: I'm so sorry Sir but that time is already taken. Will 4.30 be ok for you?
John: Yes, that works.
Receptionnist: May I take your name and number please?
John: John Bell and my number is 926-8575
Receptionnist: Ok Mister Bell, Your appointment is Wednesday at 4 .30.
John: Thank you and have a great day.
Receptionnist: Thank you
